REQUIREMENTS

  • Identity - Voter Registration Card, or National ID, or Passport, or Identity card (Employee I.D.s should be supported by an employer's introduction letter and should be affixed with a photograph on a blue background), or Driving License (as above), or An Affidavit
  • Letter from Government official (WEO, VEO or MEO), attorney, magistrate or any other document obtained from any other credible independent source confirming:
  • Affixed with recent photograph (on blue background)
  • Business license/permit
  • Tax Identification Number (TIN)
  • Residential address
  • A  minimum  of  TZS 20,000/=  to  open  and  operate  this Account
